在头雕的设计上，Hot Toys参照电影中演员哈里森·福特（Harrison Ford）时隔15年再度出演暮年琼斯博士的外型，全新雕刻打造琼斯博士高像真头雕，佩戴上标志性牛仔帽，面部则细致涂装出皮肤纹理和灰白色短发，双眼采用可动眼球技术（Separate Rolling Eyeballs），使人偶眼神更加锐利。
同时参照角色的身型比例，特别打造一款高约30cm、具有逾30处可动关节的全新人偶素体，更还原出角色人到暮年的皮肤皱纹细节。
在服饰的设计上，Hot Toys以打造真人服饰的技术，参照戏服重新绘图造样出全套经典造型服装，以真皮素材制作出琼斯博士的皮衣和皮鞋，搭配米白色衬衫和啡色长裤；以精确的剪裁结构和细腻的缝纫手法打造，并饰有旧化效果，提升整体造型层次感。
随人偶更备有一个附有爬山绳的背包、一个侧背包、一条真皮织成的长鞭(内藏可屈曲铁线)、一条黑色领结、一个LED发光电筒 (需电池启动）、一个钳子、一个锤、一个命运转盘、多对造型手掌和一个基本设定的人偶地台。
豪华版本则将人偶地台升级成1:6比例情景地台，还原出一个被砍断麻绳的吊桥情景。

Meticulously tailored costume including the genuine leather jacket and shoes to replicate the intricate texture, his signature tools such as the whip recreated in genuine leather, LED light up torch, backpack, crossbody bag, climbing rope, and more tools.
In addition, the Deluxe Version includes specially designed environmental base inspired by a fallen suspension bridge, with real ropes wrapping around. It’s a base with two ways of display to encompassing the scenes!
