本次《美国队长4》美国队长1:6比例珍藏人偶在头雕的刻画上，参考演员安东尼·麦凯的五官轮廓和面容特征打造高像真角色头雕，并配备可动眼球技术。Hot Toys以精湛细腻的雕刻涂装工艺打造出媲美真人般的黝黑肤色、皮肤纹理和胡须细节，搭配上特制的护目镜更显新任美队昂扬的斗志。同时附上精致的新任美队头盔头雕以供替换，红色镜片处可透出角色双眼，凌厉的眼神诠释勇闯新世界的决心！
在战衣的设计上，全新设计了深海军蓝色与经典红白配色的美国队长战衣，采用特制复合布料与丝印滴胶工艺打造细腻压纹质感，搭配金属红色战靴护具，彰显高科技战术风格，胸前的银白色立体星徽格外抢眼。升级重制的身型设计更优化了肌肉线条，搭配30个可动关节让动态展示更显灵活自然。
而最震撼的视觉焦点莫过于展开长达80cm的巨型飞行器红翼（Redwing）！哑金属银灰色主调配上深蓝与红色点缀，层次分明的机械结构与立体蜂巢纹理细节，完美呈现飞行、攻击或防御多种战斗模式。
