Jurassic Park Night Vision Goggles Prop Replica begin later today from Chronicle Collectibles. For the first time ever, fans will be able to own a fully licensed prop replica of the Night Vision Goggles as seen in the film. The Goggles will include light up features, as well as lenses that open and close. Here’s what Paul Francis, Creative Director at Chronicle Collectibles had to say:
“This has been a passion project years in the making. We went to Universal and got ahold of the actual screen-used goggles. We then measured, 3-D scanned, and photographed every square inch of them. What the fans are getting is a perfect recreation that they will be thrilled to own.”
The same Goggles were also used in The Lost World: Jurassic Park, so this replica covers two films. The stand, as seen in the photo, will be available at a later date. It features a black mannequin head, with a faux stone base showcasing the Jurassic Park logo. Look for details on that soon. The Goggles are priced at $449, with payment plans available.
