The Transformers Collectors Club's membership exclusive for 2013 - Depth Charge - has had his bio card posted on the official Transformers Facebook page. The bio paints an interesting story for this version of Depth Charge - he is a character who, after incarcerating Protoform X aka Rampage, returns to a Cybertron ravaged by war and is sent on a mission to hunt down Maximal traitors - a hunt that leads him to the world of the Transtechs, Axiom Nexus. It is therefore not entirely clear if this is meant to be the same Depth Charge from pre-Beast Wars on a dimension hopping journey, or a different incanation from another part of the Transformers multiverse.
Of course, one could say that does not matter since he'll be whatever you want him to be once he arrives in your collection. To get Depth Charge, you need to be an active member of the Transformers Collector's Club by 16 March, that is a little over two weeks away.
